This is a chief labor union of the public TV of the region of Madrid. They don't need to work for earn money. They only lead the fight against the conservative governments and they don't go to work (in some cases) for the last 20 years.
They are on strike...Ho ho ho!...This is one of the "structural reforms" we need to change in Spain: the structural parasitic labor union we've got in every public company.
The illustration was painted with iPad and Procreate v1.7...The v 1.7 version includes a huge set of new features to enjoy with the same speed for working with it and a better interface for some basic operations as 2D transforms. I encourage you for buying this App for iPad.
